1. Services

Airionixera provides customized AI implementation, software integration, consulting, and support services. Each engagement is defined by a project scope, timeline, and fee schedule outlined in a separate agreement or purchase order.

2. Info Products

Our info products include digital courses, tutorials, ebooks, and webinars related to AI methodologies and best practices. Delivery is instant upon successful payment, and access is granted via your Airionixera account.

3. Goods

Airionixera may offer physical items such as development kits, branded hardware modules, or peripherals. Descriptions, specifications, and availability are provided on our website.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are due in full at the time of order, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major payment methods. Title to any goods passes to you upon delivery, subject to your full payment of any outstanding fees.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

a) Standard Services: You may request a refund of service fees within 14 days of the project start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

b) Rescheduling: If you need to adjust scheduled service dates, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling without additional fees.

c) Non-Refundable Services: Custom development or dedicated resource engagements are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is due to the allocation of specialized personnel and project planning based on your requirements.

5.2 Info Products

a) Cooling-Off Period: You may request a refund of digital content within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 30% of the content has been accessed or downloaded.

b) Refund Process: Submit your request via email. Upon approval, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.

5.3 Goods

a) Returns: Physical goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they remain unopened and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

b) Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment source within 14 days. If items are damaged or missing, we may offer a partial refund or replacement.

6. Modifications to Terms

Airionixera reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post updated terms on airionixera.com. Continued use of our offerings after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
